BrightStar has a joint venture project with Westgate Developments to proceed with the development of the $100 million Capital Pointe project on the site of the old Plains Hotel in downtown Regina. On that site will be built a 26 storey building that will feature a Hilton flagged hotel and condominiums. This building, when completed, will be the tallest building in Saskatchewan.
